By Rail

Brighton station is a 30 minute walk or 5 minute taxi ride away from the hotel. Trains run regualrly from London, journey time approx 49 minutes.

By Air

London Gatwick is 30 minutes by train or 45 minutes by car. London Heathrow is 1.5 hour drive by car and is served well by coach.

By Road

Brighton is 55 miles due south of London. The M25, M23 and A23 lead you directly to the centre of the city. On arrival to the outskirts, follow the signs to the seafront. You will pass St Peters Church and then the Royal Pavilion on your right, continue straight until you come to a small roundabout directly infront of Brighton Pier. At the roundabout turn left onto Marine Parade (A259) then after you pass the second traffic lights, take the 5th turning on yor left - this is Charlotte Street, we are No 8 on your right.

Brighton Coach Station is in Pool Valley which is a 12 minute walk from the hotel.

We do not have a car park but we are happy to help you find a space outside the hotel or a few minutes walk from us. There is free parking in our area

We are a 3-4 minutes walk from some of the restaurants and a 10-12 minute walk from majority of the 100 restaurants in the Lanes.
15-18 minutes walk from the Conference centre, Metropole and the Grand Hotels.

The lanes : Mentioned in the Doomsday Book of 1085, Bristmestune had become known as Brightthelmstone by the time Henry V111 was fighting Louis X11 in 1554 and by the first part of the 19th century had become fashionably known as Brighton.

Opened in 1899 and considered to be the finest pier ever built.

Caught fire in the summer of 1995, due to excess demand on electric supply. It was also the victim of a Bomb alert in 1995 & 1996.

It has something for children and adults alike with the most up to date games, great rides. Things to throw and to punch.

Brighton is well known for its markets and their variety. Whether you want some fruit or a bath tub, perhaps a chimney surround or a carpet rug, it can all be found in the markets of Brighton. Sunday market in the Brighton Station car park from 9am to 2pm with a variety of stalls ranging from antiques, clothes, food and toys to plants and car boot sales.
